Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and / or services does not intend to collect data from website visitors younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, then we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Atelier Pan processes your personal data for the following purposes:

— Sending our newsletter and / or advertising brochure

How long we store personal data
Atelier Pan does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realise the objectives for which your data is collected. Personal data, addresses and log-in details are stored as long as we are legally required to. This data is checked annually and removed if necessary.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Atelier Pan will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement. With companies that process your data as instructed by us to do so, we conclude a Data Processing Agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Atelier Pan remains responsible for the processing of your data.
